Tuesday, January 25, 2011 A long day in a summary Parra. Was like the best outing I've had in ages. Surprisingly everyone (well except Tracy) was either early or on time, totally proving Lynda wrong who claimed "no one ever comes on time." Well anyway. Winnie and Lynda led us to sushi train for "brunch", and being asian as well as a relatively frequent consumer of sushi, i've never been to such a restaurant before. But that's not what's cool. People, i achieved something today. I officially asian-ized Meryem Yilmaz. She refused to touch the sushi and yes, it took a great deal of pleading and convicing and, somewhat, forcing, before she eventually put the whole thing in her mouth...i swear her face was so red and puffed she looked like she was going to puke...but guess what? SHE LIKED IT. HA! Honestly, i reckon Therese just wanted to pimp out with the guys, cus when we got to Max Brennas, her, michael and both jasons were apparently "too full" and wandered off, which sorta made it into a "girls day out" for us, haha. It was awesome. A killer to my diet, but still. I gotta go back for the crepes some time. After that, morning glory - caps. The second part to my success in asianizing Meryem. It was sorta fail, the caps i mean, but yeah, whatever xD Then. THE GREEN HORNET. It was, in my opinion, too violent, too loud, and too bullshitted LOL. I'd say i like the movie, but hate hate hate the story. Crime; not my thing. Thou jaychou did add the humour. Yeah then we headed off home. The second (exciting part); Me, winnie and therese went bills house, to pick up my "awesome" present. (Solemn apologises to bill and anthony for not inviting you guys...heheh...i truly am sorry >_>) BUT GUESS WAH THEY GOT ME;;;; ready???  Oh you guys wanna know what Winnie made me? A felt panda! Can you believe it? LOL I couldn't. I never knew she could sew, let alone craft, haha love you Winnie <3 And everyone else who came, hehehe. Nothing runs smooth, i guess sometimes doesn't it feel like you've tried your best, thinking you have everything done perfectly, and get all happy about it just to have it all backfire because you forgot something gravely important? you expected at least satisifed faces if not gratitude, yet all you get is scolds and contempt? it's like if you spent hours of effort preparing food for a group of friends, only to have one get sick because you forgot they were allergic to one of the spices... yeah... sigh.

Saturday, January 15, 2011 Me me and more me Monday - Wednesday, studied. Thursday Lynda called and met up with her, Anthony and Winnie(for the first time this holiday!). I walked out telling my mum "MUM I'm going cheso to meet Lynda and Winnie" and left, just like that. She was practically like "excuse me?!" and was yelling at me at the door and I just kept walking.... yeah, I sorta shocked myself too. Guess it comes natural as you get older, lol. But thankfully i didn't get busted :) Later that day my dad took me to a small conference thing. It was 10PM and Lynda called so I went out into the dark streets and sat on some random driveway talking to her. Trust me it was creepy as. Everytime a car went by I was literally holding my breath and praying they wouldn't stop near me LOL. :S (Most common form of kidnap.) Plus there were spiders and cockroaches everywhere. Friday I studied. Right now I'm just on a break from study. Totally awesome. |

I don't belong hereI wish we had never grown up. Then things might still be simple.  I miss primary days. When we could just torment and fight each other in the most innocent of ways, "break up" "stop talking" and the very next day we'd forgotten all about it. "Let's be friends again." When I look back now I wonder why I ever wanted to grow up. Be taller. Wear highschool uniform cause it looks better. When we talked about uni/tafe/college it seemed worlds away. Now, wtf. Senior already? HSC in a year? Wtf is this. Relationships. Responsibilty. Maturity. MATH. Maybe I've accidentally boarded a time machine into the future cause I seriously don't belong here. Yeah you guessed it. I'm not the slightest bit ready for year 11, and it wasn't until 2010 was finally over...did i realize. Goodbye 2010 :( |
